to help patients, clients, and athletes find you.
The process is very simple:
- Sign up by creating an account with a user name and password.
- Provide your contact information.
- Provide information about your practice location. (At this time we only support one location per contact.)*
- Indicate which products are sold at that location.
- Review the information.
- Submit your request.
Please allow 2-4 weeks to review and verify your information.
*To register more than one location, have each location‘s manager register independently, using a unique e-mail address.
