By accessing and using the ‘Where To Buy’ tool (referred to as ‘the Service’), you accept, and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, your agreement with Hygenic / Performance Health (referred to as ‘the Company’), will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out below. In order to use the Service, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Service if you do not accept the Terms. You may not use the Service and may not accept the Terms if (a) you do not sell Biofreeze or Thera-Band products, or (b) knowingly provide false information.
Terms and Conditions
1.0 You agree that any registration information you give to the company will always be accurate, correct and up to date. The Company will validate the data you enter. If the data entered into the Seller Locator is inaccurate, the Company reserves the right to stop providing the Service to you.
1.1 The Company reserves the right to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all content from the Seller Locator.
1.2 You acknowledge and agree that the Company may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing this Service (or any features within the Service) to you at the Company‘s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Service at any time by notifying the Company at wheretobuy@biofreeze.com.
1.3 The information provided may be used for promotion and / or marketing purposes.
1.4 To maintain the integrity of the information in the database, the Company will require practitioners to update and / or verify the accuracy of the information on an annual basis.
Performance Health Inc. reserves the right to alter these Terms at any time.
